DURAL VILLAGE MARKETS BUMP IN
LOCATION: Dural Country Club, 662A Old Northern Road, Dural 2158
MARKET START/FINISH TIME: 9am – 1pm
BUMP IN TIMES:7AM – 9AM (Arrive latest 8.30am)
ACCESS: Stall area is located at the front of the LHS of the entrance in the old car park and grassed area.
STALL LOCATIONS: Please pull up and come and look for organisers who will point you in the right direction.
Stall positions are worked out the day before the markets. Regulars generally have the same stall position each time and new stallholders will be shown their position, welcomed and given a brief on the day.
This is done as we have stallholders changing their minds up until the last minute, which is why it can not be finalised till then.
PLEASE ADVISE US IF YOU WILL NOT BE THERE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID GAPS IN THE MARKET. NOT ADVISING US WILL ONLY AFFECT OTHER STALLHOLDERS AND THE MARKET ATMOSPHERE.
OLD CAR PARK AREA – Stallholders on the old car park area can load in directly from their car at their site.
GRASS AREA – Stallholders on the grass area can load in from the main car park. This involves anywhere up to 10 metres depending on where you are parked and where your stall is.
STALLHOLDER PARKING: PLEASE FOLLOW STALLHOLDER PARKING RULES STRICTLY – WE DO NOT WANT TO COME AND TELL YOU TO MOVE YOUR CAR AFTER THE MARKET STARTS.
Please park your car right down the back of the club away from public parking. If you take a parking space for a customer it could possibly take a sale away from you. The car park will be indicated with a safety cone and signs.
RUBBISH: Bins are provided in the market for customers to use to put their rubbish in. ANY COMMERCIAL WASTE MUST BE TAKEN AWAY BY STALLHOLDERS AS THERE IS NO PROVISION TO DISPOSE OF THIS WASTE ON SITE.
WEATHER: Markets will be held rain hail or shine, unless there are dire predictions for weather. If for some reason we have to cancel a market we will contact everyone through the facebook stallholders page
