ARRIVAL: Please locate Brad and Skye for stall location on arrival (Brad 0425 243 976 or Skye 0417 227 748).
ACCESS: The market grounds include a gravel area with vehicle access, normally produce, food and heavy items and the grassed area for Artisans. Stallholders on the gravel area can off load at their site before parking. For vendors on the grass area, you will require a trolley for up to 10 metres depending on where you are located. If you have a preference let us know in advance.
REGULARS: Generally have the same stall position each time and new stallholders will be shown their position, welcomed and given a brief on the day.
VENDOR PARKING: Unless you are given prior permission or sell products from a vehicle such as coffee, all vendor parking is in the top car park, located adjacent to Old Northern Road overlooking the club bowling greens. You must turn left just prior to the club exit to access this area, follow the bunting & safety cone signs. This leaves plenty of parking in the lower car park for club patrons & customer parking.
RUBBISH: Bins are only provided for customer rubbish only. ANY COMMERCIAL WASTE MUST BE TAKEN AWAY BY STALLHOLDERS AS THERE IS NO PROVISION TO DISPOSE OF THIS WASTE ON SITE.
WEATHER: Markets will be held rain hail or shine, unless there are dire predictions for weather. If for some reason we have to cancel a market we will contact everyone through the facebook stallholders page.
