LOCATION: 9 Wellington Road East Lindfield, East Lindfield Community Hall

MARKET START/FINISH TIME: 9am – 2pm
BUMP IN TIMES:7AM – 9AM (Arrive latest 8.30am)
ACCESS: Both inside and outside stalls are easily accessible with concrete paths to the road and from the car park. The haul is anywhere from 5 -20 metres from your car depending on where your stall is and where you park. Trolleys will work fine for this.
STALL LOCATIONS: Please pull up and come and look for organisers who will point you in the right direction. They will be looking for you.
Stall positions are worked out the day before the markets. Regulars generally have the same stall position each time and new stallholders will be shown their position, welcomed and given a brief on the day.
This is done as we have stallholders changing their minds up until the last minute, which is why it can not be finalised till then.
PLEASE ADVISE US IF YOU WILL NOT BE THERE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID GAPS IN THE MARKET. NOT ADVISING US WILL ONLY AFFECT OTHER STALLHOLDERS AND THE MARKET ATMOSPHERE.
PARKING: PLEASE FOLLOW STALLHOLDER PARKING RULES STRICTLY
All stallholders are asked to park behind the markets on the streets and to not use the shopping car park at all. If you take a parking space for a customer it could possibly take a sale away from you.
RUBBISH: Bins are provided in the market for customers to use to put their rubbish in. Council do have rubbish bins there for sensible amounts of commercial rubbish used during the day, for stallholders to use after the markets.
INSIDE V OUTSIDE STALLS: There is a premium for people wanting to utilise the hall and as such we charge more for indoor stalls hire. Skye will walk through that with potential stallholders and let them know if they are able to have a position inside.
WEATHER: Markets will be held rain hail or shine, unless there are dire predictions for weather. If for some reason we have to cancel a market we will contact everyone through the facebook stallholders page
