MARKET START/FINISH TIME: 9am – 2pm
BUMP IN TIMES: From 7am, no later than 8am. Please phone Skye 0417 227 748 if you are late or not coming.
ACCESS: Stall area is located on the far RHS behind the RFS site and cricket nets, after coming into the entrance turn first right before the oval. Drive to the end of the car park and turn into the gate with the traffic cones.
STALL LOCATIONS: Please line up and wait to be shown to your position.
Stall positions are worked out the day before the markets. Regulars generally have the same stall position each time and new stallholders will be shown their position, welcomed and given a brief on the day.
This is done as we have stallholders changing their minds up until the last minute, which is why it can not be finalised till then.
All stalls can be loaded into from next to the stall. Depending on your site, some can keep cars next to stall, we will advise on the day.
Please park your car as far to the end of the car park as possible to ensure room for our vendors.
RUBBISH: Bins are provided in the market for customers to use to put their rubbish in.
VENDOR WASTE: ANY COMMERCIAL WASTE MUST BE TAKEN AWAY BY STALLHOLDERS AS THERE IS NO PROVISION TO DISPOSE OF THIS WASTE ON SITE.
WEATHER: Markets will be held rain hail or shine, unless there are dire predictions for weather. If for some reason we have to cancel a market we will contact everyone through the facebook stallholders page
