For all new stallholder applications please read our ‘Regulations and information’, and ‘Terms and Conditions ’ documents before filling out the following application form.

PLEASE NOTE: By submitting this document electronically or attending the market you automatically agree to our ‘terms and conditions’ and ‘regulations and information’ documents referred to above.

Once we receive your application form you will be notified by email normally within 48hrs. If you don’t hear back from us please email us on admin@duralvillagemarkets.au as this is best form of communication for us during business hours.

An invoice will be sent to successful applicants, payment of which will ensure your position. Places are limited therefore priority will be given to people who pay on time.

PLEASE NOTE: All legal documents covering stallholder participation outlined in the application, and other documents otherwise not outlined, including current Certificate of Currency must be supplied otherwise additional charges including compulsory insurance may be charged.

For best exposure, we recommend participating on consecutive dates. When booking market packages, please choose market dates carefully, Requests to change dates must be made in writing two weeks prior to the market and incur a $30.00 admin fee. Spaces are limited and payments are non refundable for cancellations. Thank you!

Option 3: 3 x Market package (regular vendor) $240.00 - Dural Only
Option 4: 3 x Market package (regular vendor) $240.00- Glenorie only
Option 5: 3 x Market package (food vendor) $360 Dural only
Option 6: 3 x Market package (food vendor) $360 Glenorie only
Option 7: 6 x Market package (regular vendor) $480.00 includes marketing.
Option 8: 6 x Market package (food vendor) $700.00 includes marketing.

*Food vendor involves preparing and serving food onsite.

Option 1: East Lindfield - 1 market casual inside position $110.00 per market (limited numbers)

I understand that my position may be offered to other vendors if I do not pay on time. I understand that cancellations on my behalf are non-refundable. I agree to use a marquee & weights to Australian standards at all times. I understand that weights are mandatory and I agree to secure my marquee down at my risk. I agree to take 100% of my waste with me and leave my site tidy.
